Cancellation Policies:
- There is no option to cancel the order online. But if you want to still cancel the order it be can be done before dispatch, you can reach us on Chat or email us at info@mylaporeganapathys.com and we will cancel the order and have the amount refunded to your source of payment within 7 business days.
- NO cancellation permitted if the order is dispatched.
Refund Policies:
- If your order is lost during transit, we will refund the amount to your source of payment within 7 business days from the day the consignment is lost.
- Only if the parcel is tampered, please write to us at info@mylaporeganapathys.com or Whatsapp us with the photos attached or chat here and we will check and confirm for any possibilities of replacement or refund. Please note – Refund or Replacement are not applicable for the item(s) damaged, spilled or broken inside the parcel, this is for the item(s) says IF BROKEN NO RETURN / REFUND which will be mentioned on the product image as a tag line.
- The process for refund will be initiated within 24 – 48 hours from the time the customer reports, then we shall fulfil the refund.
