METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Chakka Varatty Pradhaman (Kheer) / Chakka (Jack fruit) Varatty Payasam (Kheer): Mix the content of this pack with the second extract of coconut milk from two coconuts and cook till done. Add the thick first extract of coconut milk to the preparation. Half a teaspoon of dry ginger powder is to be added. Add molten Jaggery for extra sweetness, if required. Add ghee-roasted cashew nuts & coconut pieces.
Jack fruit Elayada/Kumbil Appam: Ingredients required: 150 g roasted Rice flour (the same flour used for making Puttu), finely grated coconut (One coconut), half a teaspoon of cardamom powder and salt to taste. Preparation: Add the above ingredients to the Content of this pack to form a thick paste. Spread it evenly across evenly cut plantain/banana leaves and steam cook till done.
Jack fruit Jam: The content of this pack can be used directly as a delicious bread spread.

READY TO HEAT & EAT:
Immerse the unopened foil pouch in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove, shake well, cut open and serve hot.
