Pappad is nutritious in its ways with an attractive quantity of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats. At Mylapore Ganapathy’s we prepare all types of pappads including those similar to Lijjat pepper papads or black pepper papadsโusing the most traditional process. We begin by selecting the best quality Black gram (Ulundhu). Next, we grind it into fine flour. Then, we sieve the flour carefully. After that, we knead it into a smooth dough. We roll the dough into thin sheets. Finally, we cut the sheets into circles of various sizes to craft our signature pappads.
