Shipping Policies:
- We ship our products across India.
- For Chennai it is flat Rs 50 per order. For OUTSTATION we collect nominal shipping charges of Rs 80 per kilo and it is shipped via ROAD and AIR for faster delivery. Since the products we sell online are the same price as in the physical store, the delivery charges are collected to cover the cost involved for shipments.
- Rs 80 is for per kilo and we keep adding Rs 80 to the nearest next rounded off kilo, e.g.: If the total weight purchased is 1.150 gms, then it will be considered as 2000 gms (2 Kilos), hence it will be charged as Rs 80 x 2 kilos = Rs 160
- For Chennai it is Next day delivery and for outstation it is between 2-4 days, depending upon the location.
- For Chennai it is Next day delivery, however for any urgent deliveries as an exception we will try to deliver the Same day.
- Your orders are neatly packed and safely shipped with all prior safety precautions taken.
- We do not have an option to deliver as per the instructions given. The courier company will deliver as per their regular timings.
- You can place an order and ship it to a different address by selecting the “DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS”. You can see this option once you click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT.
Exchange Policies:
- Only If the parcel outside is tampered, please write to us at info@mylaporeganapathys.com or Whatsapp us with the photos attached or chat here and we will check and confirm for any possibilities of exchange. Please note – Exchanges are not applicable for the item(s) damaged, spilled or broken inside the parcel, this is for the item(s) says IF BROKEN NO RETURN / REFUND which will be mentioned on the product image as a tag line.
- The process for exchange will be initiated within 24 – 48 hours from the time the customer reports, then we shall fulfil the exchange.
