At Mylapore Ganapathyโs, we make all types of Jeera pappad using the most traditional process and the best quality Black gram (Ulundhu).We grind the Black gram into fine flour, sieve it carefully, and then knead it into smooth dough. Next, we roll the dough into thin sheets and cut it into circles of various sizes to make the pappads.
