Preparation method : 

First, add 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of Varagu Pongal Mix. Then, let it soak for 10 minutes. After that, place the mix in a pressure cooker and cook until you hear 3 whistles. Once done, open the lid carefully and add the small packet mix to the cooked Pongal. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally, for an even richer flavor, add a spoon of our Cooking Ghee before serving.
