Add little gingelly oil in a Kadai (pan) and saute garlic (optional) for a minute and then add 800 ml of water and mix 100 gms of our Milagu Kuzhambu Podi and stir it well without lumps and bring it to a boil and simmer till the Milagu Kuzhambu comes to a thick consistency.
Hot steamed white rice, with a spoon of Gingelly oil, Milagu Kuzhambu and Appalam is more than enough for a satisfying meal!
