Heat a little gingelly oil in a kadai (pan). Optionally, sautรฉ some garlic for a minute. Then add 800 ml of water. Mix in 100 gms of our Milagu Kuzhambu Podi. Stir well to avoid lumps. Bring it to a boil. Then simmer until the kuzhambu thickens.
